Ok have a few questions that I need some help with.

First I have the developers edition SPV-E200. I would like to replace the "Answering Phone" with "Voice Mail". I hear there might be a way to do this be editing the registry. If this is the case how do I edit this registry?

Also I would like to remove the Orange agraphics from several of the screens like when you make a call. I would like to replcae the orange graphics with an ATTWS one. Which is the carrier I use.

Thanks for the help also I am a new SmartPhone users so please explain things in as much destail ass possible.

NOTE: This is what I've done on my original SPV, not a E200, but I guess it'll be much the same.

Download PHM Registry Editor from http://www.monolithix.org and install onto phone. Paste the .CAB file over and execute it using a file explorer or run it from your start menu. (Or if you've got the SDK you can use the remote registry editor). I'll now assume we're using PHM registry editor on the phone.

Once installed, go to HKEY_Current_UserSoftwareMicrosoftVmail. Click Values. You'll see something called VoiceMailStr. Edit it to whatever you want (Voice Mail in your case, I've changed it to Wildfire). Click Done. With mine a duplicate entry appeared, leave it there, I've had there for about 11 months with no bad side effects.

To change the incall graphics see the registry tweak article here. It's half way down in the first post by midnight called "IMAGE Tweaks Changing the Operator Logo (Dial and In-Call)"

Restart phone.

I've heard that some of the registry is locked down on the SPVE200, but you should be able to unlock it using the OTA or cab files in this post.

As you've stated you have the developers edition SPV-E200, it should be totally unlocked and you can ignore the above paragraph.

Hope this helps.

Please don't hold me responsible if you screw up your phone. However a hard reset should cure any damage if you mess up. Happy Modding!
