Guest pisquee Posted December 14, 2003 Report Posted December 14, 2003 Much in the same way that you cannot delete a filel on a windows desktop that is currently being used you cannot on your Smartphone. You cannot delete this file because it is "in use", as it is in the start-up file, it is executed everytime you start-up your phone, and thus becomes "in use" and therefore undeletable, until it is not "in use" So, you need to use (and get if you haven't already got one) a Task Manager that will let you close programs - run it and close the program that you want to delete (or the associated program if it is a document type file) Once you have done this then you will be able to delete it.
