Ring style automatic going to vibrate for scheduled meeting

I've seen this feature advertised but can't figure out how to set it up. Any ideas?

From your post alone, i think I fathom out the basics of what Automatic must do... But can you tell me a bit more about what it covers.

I assume amongst other things, if it is during the time of a meeting stored in the phone, it switches into Silent mode? Tell me more - I never knew this, and this is cool!

go "start" "settings" "profiles" "meeting". you can do it from the quick list button as well.

It switches to Meeting profile, then reverts back once meeting is over

If you set any appointment to 'BUSY' under status and then select automatic profile it will switch between meeting and normal depending on when you are busy.

Mmm - just a little curious thing I noticed from playing around...

Set an Appointment as Busy, but with a short duration, and it doesn't work or show in your Homescreen as the next due Appointment.

Let me explain.

Its 02:07 am here as I type this. (Or was at the start)

Setting a BUSY appointment from 02:07 to 02:08 means the Profile won't change in Auto, and that it won't list in your Homescreen as the next due item, a later longer appointment showing up for me instead (ergh, a 9am one, so I have to be up soon for a meeting, groan)

Change it to 02:07 to 03:07 and it works though.

Trial and error in my case shows me that a 02:07 to 02:15 appointment won't work/show through either, but a 02:07 to 02:30 one does.

Thus it seems it only works for BUSY status appintments, with a duration of over 15 minutes in length...?

Anyone know any documentation about this?
