mail - show folders

Hi good people of MoDaCo

I was erasing all my sms's by renaming the cemail.vol - rebooting and then deleting the renamed file and presto all gone, thing is now when I go to show folders I get duplicate deleted Items, Drafts, Inbox, etc etc. anyone know how ro fix this?

I actually found it easier to do a rename and delete without the SD card installed that also solved the problem.
