SPV E200 Complete novice needs help unlocking!

Hi, i am a complete novice, and reading though the messages on this site on how to unlock the application lock on the spv e200 i got very confused on what to do, there seemed to be different ways of doing it,

Could some one take the time and run through what i have to do, in the simplest way please and hold my hand though the whole process.....Thank you :oops:

If you got to http://developers.orange.com and click on the link on the left "Working with Orange" and then on the page that it takes you to , click on the link that says "Unlocking/Locking the SPV" then it should be straight forward from there, also got to this thread click me>>OTA;)

PS: on the site it says it doesn't work for E200, but it does :lol:
