Request- soundboard program

I need a program that will let you tie different mp3/wav files to different keys. Not a sound theme mind you, but a dedicated program with a gui that ties the sounds to the keys only while the program is running.

Just like the soundboards found here:

www.ebaumsworld/soundboards.shtml

It would be hilarious and useful. You could even make notes on the voice recorder and have a dedicated button for each one.

Any volunteer programmers??
