GPRS @ 5mb = 50odd quid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHAAAAT.

A) they could have informed me last month that it wouldnt be free this month, i.e. did I want to choose an inclusive amount.

 That's £10/mb which is utterly stupid. PAYG is less.

C) Anyone encountered this, will customer services help me out.

Well thats Christmas shafted :D

Thats way way too high, luks like a fcuk up on Orange billing 2 me m8.

I have Orange World Access pack 3, costs £4/month and u get 3Mb inclusive GPRS internet/wap access, 20 MMS and 10 txt's. after that its £3 per Mb for GPRS. Ur bill is wrong I think. Get onto orange billing, they'll sort it and prob a bit of compo if you haggle!!!! Only prob mite be that u'll have to pay the bill as printed this month if you pay by Direct Debit and they'll credit your account back next month, bit unfair on us (the customer) but they've done it to me loads. Keep charging me for NOT paying by Direct Debit when I DO!!! Neva mind tho coz I get the £3 back PLUS £4 compo every month they do it. 3 months on the trot so far!!

Good Luk..............let us know how u get on............................!

Is it just me or have Orange not been charging me enough last year?

My last three months bills have been massive! I haven't been using it any more than usual -

For the first 9 months or so of my contract with my SPV I just got a one page bill with just line rental charge and whatever GPRS package I was on and that was it, no calls or texts over my 200 limit or any extra GPRS charges.

Then a 3 months ago I started getting a full itemised bill with all calls & prices, Mb, texts and MMS's, I had used over my 200mins, used all my texts and had been put on a pay as you go GPRS (after the free e-mail promo ended) so my usual bills for £35 - £40 jumped to last months £80 :!:

It's almost as if they didn't check what I was doing for the first 9 months!
