Original spv, with latest update, can it be sim unlocked?

I've never sim unlocked before, just the software decert, I've installed the latest upgrade released last week, and decerted at the same time. Now I want to sim unlock it. Can this be done?

not easily.. Orange /htc/MS have got wise to the ways of downgrading, and made the process much harder.

If the phone is sim ulocked already b4 the update would it sim-lock itself after the update?

If it was unlocked before the update, then it will be unlocked after the update also.
