Guest Tim R Posted December 18, 2003 Report Posted December 18, 2003 Hi Colleages and I are consider buying some of the new range of smartphones, specifically the SPVE200 or the Motorola MPX200 What we need to know is if there is any software available, even 3rd party, that will allow the phones organiser properties to replicate with Lotus Notes. We know is all works with Outlook, but no one in our company uses outlook due to its security flaws. Can the phones replicate with Lotus Notes? IS 3rd party SW available to make it work? TIA Tim
Guest DaveLV Posted December 18, 2003 Report Posted December 18, 2003 Yep -- The software is called mNotes. You can download a demo at http://www.commontime.com
Guest bwhisnant Posted December 30, 2003 Report Posted December 30, 2003 Is there anything besides mNotes? I tried it but would like something that gives me more control on what syncs. I tried Intellisync but couldn't get it to work. Thanks.
Guest DaveLV Posted December 31, 2003 Report Posted December 31, 2003 I can't imagine what you're trying to control that is not exposed in mNotes. What is it that you're trying to do?
Guest bwhisnant Posted January 5, 2004 Report Posted January 5, 2004 I don't want to replicate my email to the phone because I get too much spam at work. I would like to use a different address for the phone. I would like to just replicate the address book, calendar, and to do list but couldn't figure out how to do that. Thanks.
Guest DaveLV Posted January 7, 2004 Report Posted January 7, 2004 Go into the mNotes application on the phone and select "Mail". There will be a check box next to "Replicate Mail". Press select again on top of the option to clear the check mark.
