Assigned ring tone problem

can anyone answer this question for me? i have the motorola mpx 200 and when i assign specific ring tones to specific contacts, when those contacts call me, the ring tones that i assigned do not play. instead, it plays my overall ring tone. however, SOMETIMES it WILL play one of my contacts' assigned ring tone. anyone know why this problem occurs???

Just checking where are you storing your ringtones?

For contact assigned ringtones they can only be on the phone in the

IPSMApplicationsSounds folder

i am storing my ringtones in the correct ipsm folder. i am able to select any of my custom ring tones and have them play anytime my mpx 200 rings, however, i cannot get the specifically assigned ring tones to ring with the contacts that i stick them with.
