MMS problem/Customer Service/Dead Pixel

Had my SPV E200 for around week, and quite happy. Initial GPRS and mms setup with customer service was poor, so got settings from net which fixed both.

I have found sending pics to email and to another spv received fine whereas a pic to a samsung e700 came through scrambled. any reason for this?, possible incompatibility? please help. all pics come to my phone fine but id like people to see my pics unscrambled!!! :roll:

Any help would be much appreciated.

p.s I also had the one dead pixel but I will live on considering just how small it is.
