[help]Some XML problems

i want to create my own home srceen so i write a simple xml, i want the bottom of the screen to display 5 shortcuts of my favorite applictions.

the codes are list below:

although, the function of these shortcut works fine, but the icon of the applictions can't be display correct, just use a big question mark instead.

why? the icon of these applictions can be display correctly in the program list, and how to fix it?
