:(  :P

Try applying some butter or WD40 oil to the CF card to lubricate it's exit from the slot. A sturdy pair of needlenose pliers and a hammer may also help :D :(

Hi guys

I have just ordered my SPV and am looking forward to it be delivered in the next few days. I'm finaly replacing my aging Nokia 7110, which I've held on to for so long as it's the only handset that had a decent Outlook sync function... up until now I hope :D

Anyway, I have a question, forgive me if this has been covered elsewhere but i can't find any details. What is the difference between an SD card and an MMC card?

Cheers

well, if we are reviving this month old thread, here's my contribution:

mine's from ebay, cost me 90 pound for 256 a few months ago, but

included a free SandiskCruzer USB card reader that fits into every pocket

and copies files a lot faster than the sync cable

Anyone ventured into the brave new world of 512Mb yet - if so, how much and where from?

Thanx.

Ebay is the best place for Sandisk SD card. I bought last week a 256MB SD card off ebay for £56. This price includes postage from the states to uk. Ordered on Tuesday and arrived on Friday Morning.

Cant get better.

YOu can, but not all work, so if you already have one, try it, but if you don't, buy an SD.

I bought a few of these

Superb, found that the spv, (as reported elsewhere on here), really doesn't get on with the 512mb ones, so a few of these have done the trick. Only took 3 days from the US too. Excellent. :)
