Hello,

I've bought a Toshiba Bluetooth PC Card for my laptop and cannot pair it to my E200.

The laptop finds the smarphone and then it says 'Connection failed'.

Anyone can help? Please!

PS. What is widcomm?

Thanks

is your e200 configured to recive incoming beams?

go to start -> settings -> beams -> and make sure the allow incoming beams is allowed...

Hey,

Finally I made it work. I gave back the BT PC card and bought a BT USB Tongle and worked fine, but I'm not sure that was the problem, very likely I was doing something wrong, I'm too new on this!

Thanks anyway.

By the way, how do I delete a topic? (like this one)

don't delete topics, someone else might find the fact you gave up useful (ie they give up too, or maybe they find a way a few months from now).. they might post again!

We only delete topics that break forum rules, or at the request of the original poster

I've been having the same problem, also with the phone I had before the SPV (Phillips Fisio 820e). My local Orange shop tech guru tells me it can be fixed with a bit of code and using the phone as a modem but that sounds like hard work. Any other fixes anybody knows about? :?:

Damn! Shame I didn't spot this thread earlier, I'm a pro at Toshiba Bluetooth, slightly different creature than the normal BT (which is mostly done by Widcom drivers and software).

Nevermind, if anyone else has problems with Toshiba type bluetooth let me know can help you through it :D
