Just wish to say thanks for being here. got this phone yesterday and last night it crashed. no programs would pop up, icons at the top of the screen had turned into question marks, my computer wouldnt recognise it, hell basically.

phoned orange, useless, phoned mobileshp, useless so followed instructions on this forum for a hard reset and BINGO phone is working again :)
