E200 answers the call by itself, after a few seconds!-weird

There seems to be a problem with my E200, and I wanted to check out if this is a common thing that I can fix with a setting. The problem is that the phone answers an incoming call automatically without waiting for a button press, after about 2 secconds, without thwe phone being in Headset mode (wich is something normal, if you adjust the proper settings). This weird thing happens 8 out of 10 times.

Is there anybody else that bumped into this or is it just me? Any help is appreciated..

keep up the good work, the forum is really helpful and it's the reason many of us still use the SPV...

PS. The device is second hand (I bought it from a friend), but doesn't seem to have any weird settings or hacks.

It happens to me too. About 3 times out of 10 but only when i'm using my BT headset and no I dont use a case.

Yep! It's official!!! The problem is the case, thnx A LOT xmod. I was going nuts trying to figure out what's going on, and then after reading your post, it hit me. I placed the phone on the desk, made a call and everything went well. Thnx again xmod...

PS So now, where do we get a belt case like the one that came with the original SPV?

You could do what I did as a temporary solution. Seeing as my case was knackered anyway (over a year old), I cut a small hole in it where the joystick goes. That sorted the problem.

By the way, it's xmob, not xmod. :)
