SPV E200 unlocking problem

Hi

Just unlocked (apparently) my E200 via the Orange software developers site, well I assume I did as I received the "your SPV is unlocked" message.

Now when I try and install software like smart explorer I am getting the message `alert` software cannot be viewed. Anyone know what the problem is??

may be obvious, but have you tried turning the phone off and on again.

Not sure how you could have this problem, smart explorer installs fine even if you are app locked. the OTA site did unlock my e200. Have you followed the instructions properly on pages 118 and 119 of the guide book. Hope that helps and i haven't patronised you with obvious replies. happy xmas
