Movies, Sounds + Other d/l's for the SPV e200

Hi,

i have been looking for some good downloads for the new SPV, but have become a bit stuck.

1) With movies, can it only play .avi files as there is no codec with this version of media player(i know it cannot play .mov files)? If so are there any avi fiels out there that are not 20MB + and if so then where??

2) Sound files - where can i get some good wma files?

3) Any other good d/l's that anyone can reccommend?
