Guest crimminsky Posted December 23, 2003 Report Posted December 23, 2003 Is it me or is the joystick on the E200 telescopic, I'm having a bit of a problem with navigating down, so I was wiggling the joystick and pulled on it with my nails, it extends about 5mm giving me a better feel to the joystick and my problem navigating is gone. :) The only problem is that after a while the joystick gets pressed all the way in again  . Is this a feature or a fault?
Guest Will Posted December 23, 2003 Report Posted December 23, 2003 picture? please.. so we can see if this is what our joysticks look like.. Will
Guest crimminsky Posted December 23, 2003 Report Posted December 23, 2003 I can't take a pic, the only digital camera I own is the E200!! If you pull on your joystick (fnaar, fnaar) you'll undestand what I mean.
Guest leo-balou Posted December 23, 2003 Report Posted December 23, 2003 Yeah mine does that too. Not sure whether this is telescopic functionality or just a joystick that falls apart abit.
Guest crimminsky Posted December 23, 2003 Report Posted December 23, 2003 Here are two low quality pics of the joystick, one extended and one retracted HTH (taken with a mates T610). with the joystick retracted the down navigation is very unresponsive. If the general consensus is that it's a fault, I'll have to get it exchanged.extended.jpgretracted.jpg
Guest bikespod Posted December 23, 2003 Report Posted December 23, 2003 :? mine too. doesn't seem to have any ill effect, but does make it a little easier to use. i would just leave it as standard as its not that bad to stars off, if a little over sensitive.
Guest Syphon Filter Posted December 23, 2003 Report Posted December 23, 2003 My T68i stick used to do that too.
Guest walibe Posted December 23, 2003 Report Posted December 23, 2003 Mines new and doesn't. I take this to mean the stick is falling apart.
Guest zabirp Posted December 24, 2003 Report Posted December 24, 2003 mine had a faulty joystick too, had problems going left and down, got a new one just today
