Dialing/Answering using computer

I am in the middle of building up a Carputer. I was wondering if its possible to get a bit of software to 1)over activesync connections or 2) over bluetooth

a) Answer the phone for you and use the computers mic & speakers.

:) As above but pass information like the number calling on so the computer can display the incoming number

c) Dial out using the computer and use the computers mic & speakers for the call

Essentially a hands free kit fully intergrated into the computer. Pretty sure a) is possible over bluetooth, but not sure on the rest.
