userInterface Resourse file?!?

Just had to do a hard reset on my mpx. It now is telling me on startup that it is 'unable to locate the userinterface resource file'. Can anyone help pls. Thanks

Not too sure on this one, unless someone else can offer more advise then i'd suggest trying to hard reset again as it sounds to me like the IPSM wasnt re-written correctly?
