Guest yoos Posted December 24, 2003 Report Posted December 24, 2003 I didn't see this mentioned on MoDaCo yet, so I thought I would throw the link here... I'm installing it now... http://msmobiles.com/news.php/1867.html
Guest yoos Posted December 24, 2003 Report Posted December 24, 2003 Strange... I can't get the trial to work. I installed it on my SD and when I start the program it says 'ListView_InsertColumn' in the main window and 'Fails' in the title bar. Then, it exits when I hit OK. If I go back into it I don't see the error and I enter my MSN info... It won't connect via GPRS (says 'Connection to MSN is failed! Check your connection.) My GPRS works though... If I connect through passthrough it is doing something, but I don't see any contacts or anything on the screen. I know it's doing something because I can move up and down and select to open a dialog and it knows my contact I am opening a dialog with... but again, nothing is in the main window... oh well, I'm uninstalling... I don't even want to bother trying to put it on my phone vs. the SD card... I'll use Agile for now...
Guest goudvarken Posted December 24, 2003 Report Posted December 24, 2003 The Same Thing Happend To me , Very strange a well Ill Use my agile also works better :)
Guest succorso Posted December 26, 2003 Report Posted December 26, 2003 It seems that version 1.01 is out (it says 1.01 on my phone) and it really seems to work. At first it said that it could not connect and since I didn't see the "g" at the top I noticed a connection was not open. I then used mmode to open a connection then went to programs and opened up IM+. After logging in it showed my msn contacts. It really seems to work. Pretty cool. Succorso
Guest Skitals Posted December 27, 2003 Report Posted December 27, 2003 Works on my i600... not many features though. Doesnt show if an online user is idle or away. You cant have multiple conversations at the same time (you most close the dialog instead of switching between). I cant even find an option to not show my offline contacts. I guess this is still a step up for me, as I cant get Agile working on my i600... it only shows a few of my online contacts and no one recieves any of my messages
