help needed with mms

My mms is not working and when I try and reinstall it from the cd that came with the phone it just hangs on the installation screen does anybody know what files I would need to remove from my phone for a clean install ?

Mine was not working too until yesterday after callin Orange 50million times but could not sort it out after sending like 10000 SIM updates. All u need to do is a hard reset on your phone...this removes the MMS software...but it also removes called id, task manager, space maker, and something else...plus it sets the phone back to ots default setting so u would have to personalize it again.

Anyways...once the hard result is done just re-install all the apps removed from the included CD and get Orange to send u the SIM update and ensure that they have activated MMS on ure account and it would work.
