MPx200 - No File Manager

I picked up a new MPx200 yesterday and there is no File Manager on the phone or CD, anywhere. All the other stuff is there; Task Manager etc.

Has anyone else seen this?

Is there anywhere else I can get it from?

Have they stopped shipping it for some reason?

Doesn't make sense after everything I've read about the phone.

I too had this problem. I had downloaded smart explorer. Search for it because I forgot where i got it from.

Also, someone mentioned that file explorer is on the disk that came with the phone if you want to reinstall it.

The best two apps are not included on the phone, these are

Task Manager and Smart Explorer both by Binarys.

Just click on the highlighted words for links to the relevant topics :)

Is there any copyright related issue of posting the files here? If its not a problem I'll host them for a few days so you can grab them, being as small as they are...

Again only if its not a copyright violation or anything though...

Task Manager is availaible on the Motorola CD if you need to load it to the phone again after a reboot (sorry, a HARD RESET to you other guys)

Only if they have been classed as freeware, so the ones on the moto cd

cannot be posted as they are paid for apps.

As I said the Task manager what comes with the phone is not as good as

the Binarys version anyway.

Task Manager comes with the phone (at least, it came on my Orange one.) I don't think there's an Explorer that comes with any network's release though.

Task Manager does come with the orange version of the phone but

compaired to the Binarys Task Manager it's not worth mentioning :)
