Hello Mr Orange

Thanks for your response re: the back-up tool.

Something else that seems to be affecting a lot of E200 users, and something I havenm't seen you asked about is the "buzzing/distortion" problem.

Is this something that you are aware of/have experienced?

Is this something that Orange are officially aware of/working on?

Have Orange worked out what the problem actually is?

If a software problem, when can a fix be expected?

Thanks for all of your early feedback on the E200, as you know I was recently in Taiwan and all of these were discussed. As always, we're working on updates to continually improve products like this and we are working with HTC to prepare an update for the E200. This should iron out as many of these niggles as possible. Expect the update in early 04.
