Sound problem !!

I cannot get the sound profile back to normal . It's stuck on headphone, it will not let me un-tick the setting. So' I've got no sound now on my SPV. Can someone help ?

If you have an Original SPV then this is a known hardware fault.

There are temporary fixes from blowing in the socket to plugging the

headphones in and out a few times.

As I said if you continue to use the headphones then this is only a

temporary fix and the only proper cure is to send the phone off for

repair.

Many thanks for your reply, and yes I have one of the original SPV's bought second hand only weeks ago. I had tried for a while to reset to normal in the profile settings to no avail, but I thought I would remove the battery , and guess what ? on re-boot the sound profile is set at normal . Strange little things these SPV's. Cheer's.
