gave orange a call today about trying get another sim card installed my phone. and they said it is possible but at a cost. it will set you back 20quid and take about ten days for activation. so it is possible. if your deprsesate.

It is known that they can unlock but they require to pay up the

remainder of your contract in full first

Interesting as Orange are not advertising yet, also seems cheap if

Orange will unlock a PAYG phone :? Interesting to see what happens

as this will make the price of secondhand units drop quite fast.

Hmm... So if i unlocked my e200 and stuck a o2 online sim in when my yearly contract ends, does that mean i can keep the phone without having to pay the monthly fees?

Yes just cancel the contract after a year (or pay it up early) and pay

them £20

if you download the spv E200 manual from orange uk it refers to pay as you go ,its just a matter of time till its in every shop.
