I had to go to work today at 7, the producer turned around to me (with ten minutes before going on air), "Oh by the way, we're doing a live link up with BBC Radio Scotland today".

I had to create my own clean feed matrix using only the desk sub output and feed it down another ISDN in 5 minutes. Wasn't a happy bunny.

The rest of christmas went ok though :wink:

I tried to persuade my folks to start using DVD months ago.

Bought my Dad one of his favourite films of all time, 'Spaceballs', on DVD.

Would he make any effort to listen as I explained how to use the Xbox as a DVD player? No

Did he ever actually watch the film? No

Did it get watched at all? Yes, and may I recommend anyone who has it, change the language to Italian and play the 'prepare ship for light speed... light speed is too slow... ludacrous speed!' scene. It's even funnier in Italian :)

My hardware firewall packed in a few days ago, now my 2 month old radeon 9800 pro fan is packing in meaning I can't play any games until I exchange it. Also it took me about 8 hours of frigging about with drivers to get my xbox pad working on my pc! ARGghhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!.
