Uploading application embbedded on Smart Amazing Phone

1) Is it possible to make an uploading application embbedded on Smart Amazing Phone that uploads a file from a phone to a file server? Using VS.net and not VC++Emmbbedded Tools..

2) What sdk is the Smart Amazing Phone? (smartphone2002_sdk or smartphone2003_sdk)

3) I dont want to use VC embbedded tools in doing this.. so is it possible doing this on VS.Net?

4) What emmulator do I need? Can I use 2002sdk in VS.net for the emmulator? or Can I use 2003sdk in VS.net for the emmulator?

5) Can somebody help me and give advice on me about this thing please please please... :!: :!: :!:
