Stereo Adapter for Headset

Hi-

I recently got a headset adapter for my e100 so I could listed to mp3s via headphones. Undortunaltely I got a mono adapter and subsequently only get sound out of the left side of my headphones. Does anyone know of a stereo adapter for the headset socket that would work with standard headphones?

I have found that if you use a hand free kit in the SPV it occasionally gets stuck in headset profile, but when i use the maplin's adapter it never gets stuck

Can you measure the plug lengths? this should not make a differance

as the headset profile problem is a fault with the hardware.

I can only presume the maplins adaptor is fractionally smaller thus

applying less pressure to the internals :?
