USBTerm and SPV E200

I'm looking to dump the ROM from my E200 via USBTerm and the SD card, similar to what I've done with PPC format devices. For whatever reason, USBTerm is unable to connect to the device, stating "Cannot open terminal handle !". Has anyone been successful with this device?

USB Term was written for a different type of bootloader to the one on

the E200 so very unlikely to work.
