Guest kjk Posted December 28, 2003 Report Posted December 28, 2003 I had double of all folders I did a lot of search to find help it's seen many people had this problem and did hard resett to solve problem. but i fix it without hard reset 1- open dbViewsp-Arm 2-go to pmailFolders 3-press menu and Delete records 4- press done that was all now you have removed extra folders without doing a hard resett.It's work for me. try this if you have double folders lett me knew it's work for you. :wink:
