How to "format" the storage partition on the E100?

On the E100 (I have the one called Qtek 2020 in my country) you have two partitions and when I do a hard reset the storage partition remains the same (files are not deleted). This usually would not be a problem but I did a backup with the Xbacup tool that is provided and I put the backup on the storage partition. The problem I have now is that Im not able to delete these files.

The folder on the storage partition that Im not able to delete is called "PerSaveBackup" its 4 files in the folder called "AppointmentProtectkey, ConnectionProtectKey, ContactsProtectKey, TasksProtectKey" they all show up as 0 bytes but they all are quite big. When I try to delete the partition I get the message "Cannot delete items as one or more are in use, may not exist, or are read-only" sometimes I get that "There has been a sharing violation. File may be in use"

How can I delete these files? Can i format this partition? How can I REALLY hard-reset the device (so that the storage partition also is deleted)

As for formatting the storage card you can either use a USB card reader or find an app that will enable you to format it.

The Smartphone has the excellent Task Manager, I'm sure there must be similar on the ppc.

My mistake, I was sure the Qtek 2020 was called E100 :) You learn as long as you live.

The storage partition I am refering to is an internal memory that is seperate from the main memory. I know how to format the memory card but I get no option at all for formating this internal partition and since it is unaffected by the hard-reset and the files wont be deleted its hard to get rid of them :D
