No sound with video

I've got a problem playing video files captured with my E-200.

The video plays fine, but I only hear a tiny clip of the sound. If I move the volume up and down I hear small clips of the sound, but it goes off again. Can anyone help?

I'm sure this is a codec problem, as it sometimes happens with other video clips not made on my e200.

Has anyone else had the same problem? What is the best codec pack to use in your opinion?
