CANNOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET BT CELLNET CHIP

Hi,

I own a unlocked orange SPV smart phone (The early model) and I have placed into it a BT cellnet pay as you go chip I have now failed in over 6 months to actually connect to the internet in any way which makes both the phone and me rather unsmart! Can anyone guide my settings it would be much appeciated!

Firstly you should have a top centre G displayed when the phone is turned on and this tells you that you that GPRS is activated.

Click on GPRS settings and have a look for O2 settings on page2 & page10. You probably need the payandgo APN.

Try accessing wsp://wap.o2.co.uk and http://wap.o2.co.uk in Internet Explorer once GPRS is setup.
