Guest benzo Posted December 30, 2003 Report Posted December 30, 2003 Upon receiving my e200 upgrade, I promptly called O and told them that the phone is bug-ridden. They told me that they are sending out a Jiffy bag for me to mail the phone back to them. This was one month ago! :shock: I have called several times since to remind them that I am supposed to receive a jiffy bag (I was worried that they would turn around and say "we have not received your e200"), but this has not made any difference. Anyone else still in possession of a faulty e200 and waiting for a jiffy bag from O? Benzo
