Guest Terrapin Posted December 31, 2003 Report Posted December 31, 2003 i installed a bunch of software yesterday, one piece of which was MRS MIDI (i think it was a .cab with metal strike, which BTW refused to work with my new e200). i worked out which bits of software i actually needed (or worked) and uninstalled the rest through "remove program" in the settings menu, all were removed fine except for MRS MIDI which refuses to shift. i get an error message saying it can not be removed. has anyone got any idea how to get rid of it? all it seemed to do on install was copy a bunch of midis to "application data" on the SD card. its damn annoying that it's still on the menu and wont uninstall. ive also tried uninstalling through activesync. thanks for any help
Guest Skitals Posted December 31, 2003 Report Posted December 31, 2003 You could uninstall by hand. Open the cab and see where it puts all its files and where it puts all its registry keys... and delete them all.
Guest ChrisJM Posted December 31, 2003 Report Posted December 31, 2003 you could make a reverse cab, so it removes instead off adds files
