Error using windows media player :(

When using windows media player got this error message :)

Error. The license for this file cannot be found. use media player on your pc to copy this file to your device again.

any suggestion on how to fix it?

or just hard reset my sap?

Problem with the wma files pala hehhee sowee... na convert ko kasi using windows media player 9.0 from cd music na convert ng 64 bit mwa file for some reason ayaw mag work yun na delete na files and working na :)
