Guest ScottHay Posted January 2, 2004 Report Posted January 2, 2004 My now retired cell phone (Samsung 6100) had a feature that I can't replicate on my smartphone. Whenever I opened that phone, immediately it asked me "who do you want to call" and I give a precorded name to call. It was very fast to call anyone. How do I get this simple feature on my "smart" phone? It appears I have to go through a slow 4 step process to voice dial anyone. - hold the I button a couple sec - say "name dial" - say name - say location Thus a 2 sec process is now 30 sec. Does anyone have any ideas on a solution for this? I've not seen anything searching the net. Thanks, Scott
