Guest hela Posted January 2, 2004 Report Posted January 2, 2004 Hi, I have no access with explorer from PC to Smartphon: when ever I try to explore either from Activsync or with Explorer there is an error message saying "An important communication service could not be launched. Start your mobile device again and try to connect again." In the Device-Manager my Motorola MPx200 is recognized as "Microsoft USB Sync". Unfortunately I didn't get the original CD-ROM when I bought this phone in Hongkong (box where already open and I didn't realize there is a CD missing :oops: ). Therefore maybe I do not have all programs or drivers on my PC. Any ideas how I could fix this problem? Thx helasmartphone.jpg
