T-Mobile USA GPRS (T-Zones) outage

As of 12/31/03 T-Mobile USA is experiencing some GPRS (T-Zones) outages in all markets. I spoke with a customer care person and they assured me this would be resolved no later than 01/03/04. So if you're having any problems with GPRS in the US, give it a few days and see if it doesn't just clear up.

Hmm, I haven't had any real problems. My phone had been trying to constantly make a GPRS connection, but I just did a hard reset, and it seems fine now. I hope it didn't have something to do with the GPRS problem, because if it did, I just did a hard reset in vain!
