Guest np27np27 Posted January 2, 2004 Report Posted January 2, 2004 I can seem to insert pictures into an MMS message from the actual MMS software. (i.e click insert picture and nothing happens!). I have to go to the picture through smartexplorer or the photo viewer and send via MMS like that! Anyone else had this problem? Or is it just me! Anyone got any solutions?? TIA
Guest Disco Stu Posted January 2, 2004 Report Posted January 2, 2004 Just a guess here ; have you scrolled down to highlight the picture file-name ? Then pressed the Action key ? Where are you keeping the picture files on the phone ? Which phone / ROM you using ?

I think you misunderstand.....When i go into inbox, click new, then mms new mms message comes up. then i click menu , insert, then picture.......and ...........nothing happens!!! Cant insert pictures into mms.!!!!! Inserting audio and text is fine but no pictures!!!!!!!!!! D'oh!
Guest Disco Stu Posted January 3, 2004 Report Posted January 3, 2004 I think I was trying to solve a different problem... :oops: but...when you click insert / picture, do you get the list of files to choose from ? I don't have the MPx200 myself but my guess is that either the files are in the wrong place or in the wrong format. Are your pictures .GIF or .JPG ? You probably need someone with the Moto to take over here.... :wink: I'm sure it's something simple :)

I can insert them if i go via smartexplorer or through some photo viewing software. but the problem inserting them through the actual mms software. damn thing does absolutely nothing when i click file, insert, picture! no list comes up...just nothing! I'm gonna try re-installing and see if that helps!

Guest Kian Posted April 4, 2004 Report Posted April 4, 2004 Actually, I was suffering from the same problem. All you have to do is install the Motorola Album software of your cd and presto, when you say insert picture in a new mms, everything miraculously appears! :)
