Try in this order.
  1. Open windows enabler.
  2. Turn ON windows enabler
  3. Connect phone to PC
  4. Disable android modem
  5. Open KDZ_FW_UPD
  6. Select KDZ file
  7. Flash the phone.
Oh and maybe putting both KDZ_FW_UPD and the .kdz file in C:/ might help.

Tried it.. didnt work. Still stuck at android screen after the phone restarts by it self.

In which OS are you trying to flash the phone!? I tried it in Win 7 ultimate x64 - didn't worked at all, but fortunately I have dual-boot, the other OS is Windows XP x32 professional, and it worked like a charm with that one :)
