WidgetPlus.dll and Opera Problem.

Here's the deal. Trying to boot with Samsung TouchWiz UI enabled, but it keeps failing to load the widget bar on the left. The STOCK 3 background images load, and when it goes to load the left widgetbar, it crashes out. Studio is returning the following information and it deals with Opera but opera is completely off this system... Please advise.
