Some apps cause that bug. For example 'kernel tuner' app ... Try delete new cpu scripts from init.d folder (system/etc/init.d/) It's not problem of this kernel ... New kernel, two reboots, but yeah it happened while oc was enabled. I'll try v59 and report if the problem persists. And thank you for this great kernel!
