Im having troubles with my battery, it doesn't last for a few hours, low batt na kaagad after 3hrs. nag susupply ba ang brightpoint ng battery ng SAP? kung meron kayo extra benta nyo nalang sa akin. salamat! "how to determine if ur sap is still under warranty, check the first 3 digits of your serial number. mine is 311 (HTC311...). the first number "3" indicates the year when it was purchased/manufactured and the "11" is the week number. so this means that my warranty is good until the 11th week of year 2004. Right now, we are at the 8th week. To check that, you may go to your SAP Calendar, set your options to show week numbers. The phone maybe manufactured on the 11th week but that doesnt mean they were able to sell it on the 11th week. You need to bring with you your SMART receipt and syempre yung phone mo. :) Inside Ali Mall Cubao, you will find BP from P Tuazon Entrance, katabi rin ng National Bookstore. Madali lang hanapin. Kung warranty pa yan, wala ka ng SPAMyaran. Kung hindi na, 1,700 yung joystick switch board. Nakalimutan ko na kung mismong joystick ang sira. Anyway, here are their numbers: 4168168, 9957174. Guest dobby_gobby_man Posted March 15, 2004 Report Share Posted March 15, 2004 lalong nasira yung phone ko nung pinaayos ko sa BRIGHTpoint yung phone ko. nung binigay ko sakanila yung phone ayos pa yung joystick (up,down,left,right,enter). kaso nung binigay sakin yung phone e medyo ayos ayos pa. magkaraan ng ilang oras at tiningnan ko ulit yung phone ko..... guess what..... lalong nasira yung joystick nya! hindi na gumagana yung left. kapag ginagalaw ko sa left side enter and ginagawa nya. ewan ko ba. talaga bang marunong sila o hindi? kasi pagod ko nanaman ito. atsaka dapat hindi nila binabalik yung phone sa mga customer nila kung alam nilang hindi pa gumagana or hindi pa maayos. haaaayyyyy. ano pa nga ba e di SPAMlik nanaman ako. pagod at pera nanaman yung magagastos! :evil: baka naman galing sa greenhills yung mga technician nila. kasi kung talagang professional sila e di dapat sila mismo makakakita nung problema sa phone after ayusin hindi yung customer pa ang makakaalm nito. :evil: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ngayon sa DTi pa lang. online ang pagsagmit ng complaint. tinangap nila yung unit ko, tapos nung kukunin ko na, di raw cover ng warranty, sabi ko dapat ininform nyo muna ako kung papayag ako or hinde. nandun naman sa job/service order yung mobile phone number ko ah? ayun, sa sobrang galit ko, pinabaklas ko yung kinabit nila. pag kuha ko ng unit, di ko na check kung gumagana yung speaker. pag uwe ko, ayun, sira na! pag di nila pinalitan to, SASAPAKIN KO yung gumawa! 8) Posted from my SmartPhone!
