I have an Audiovox PPC4100 and i need to flash it, but the port on the bottom is broke so i cant connect to activesync via usb port. I was wondering if there was any other way i can flash it?

I dont think there is.... All the ROM flashes I have ever seen involve the unit resetting into a "Ready For Re-Flashing" mode during which you cant use the phone at all, so dont see how you could activate the ROM upgrade from a storage card.

damn, any ideas if it will work over wifi if i get a wifi sdio card?

Short Answer: No, definately, 100% not.
Long Answer: It needs a hardware connection to the device (like a USB cable or cradle) to perform the re-flash because the device is wiped clean during the process. If its wiped clean, the drivers for your WiFi card are wiped as well, thus causing it not to operate, thus meaning your re-flash of the ROM will fail.

Damn, its gonna cost me loads to send it back to the states and to get it fixed
