been using a phone edition for hte longest of times and found that the smartphone does not allow me to add folders as i used to on my Universal..

is there anyway to get around this? 3rd party apps etc? have been looking around but no solution..

  Hi, while in the section you want to add a new folder to (ie: MMS, Text, Outlook E-mail, etc) select 'Tools' from the menu, bottom right.
In here select 'Manage Folders'. You should now get a tree-view of the folders for this section.
Now with the stylus, press & hold on the tree-folder you want to add a folder/sub-folder to & a drop-down menu will appear with a few options in, the first being 'New Folder'. Select this & Bingo! You now have a new folder.
