In here select 'Manage Folders'. You should now get a tree-view of the folders for this section. Now with the stylus, press & hold on the tree-folder you want to add a folder/sub-folder to & a drop-down menu will appear with a few options in, the first being 'New Folder'. Select this & Bingo!
