I just got the BJII and found the GPS to COM4 cab file. The NAV4ALL software I downloaded now sees I have an internal GPS on COM4, but it can't read it.. When I select GPS Info I get an [00000005] (cannot get port timeouts)

I power the phone off and on after the CAB install.

Any ideas?

I would try a simple troubleshooting technique: test the GPS hardware using other software to determine if your hardware is faulty or your nav program is incompatible. I use Windows Live Search with the GPS; it takes a while for it to get a signal, but once it does it tracks quite well.

You can grab it over-the-air at wls.live.com. See if the GPS works. If it does, then its time to call support for your nav software.
